If a Coolmobility product does not meet your expectations or you chose the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days within the EU. Please proceed as follows:

  1. Contact our customer service so that we can request collection of the product. Please leave your cell phone number so that we can be reached for the notification.
  2. Please pack the product with all accessories carefully and if possible in the original packaging. Make sure to protect the frame appropriately, otherwise unsightly paint damage could be caused to the bike during transport. Attach the return label to the package where it is clearly visible.
  3. The forwarding agent will pick up the package directly from you and bring it back to us. Please note that a daily manned contact point should be specified as the pick-up location.
  4. After we receive your package, we will check the returned product and refund you via your chosen payment method.
